When two or more identical hands share the same rank, they break ties with the high card. For example, two players with kings and aces share the same rank. However, the high card breaks the tie, since kings and aces can’t have the same suit.
Another type of poker is draw poker. Draw poker is played in a similar manner to standard poker, with the exception that players are allowed to shuffle their own cards. Players may discard or replace their cards. Once the draw is complete, a second round of betting occurs. This round is usually longer than the previous, so a minimum amount of bet is required in this betting interval.
Betting is done in clockwise order. Each round of betting will have a certain betting interval, and the betting interval will end when a raise or check is made. Depending on the rules of the game, a player can only call a raise or check when the previous player raised or checked.
